Full price purchases made between December 1, 2023 and December 24, 2023 can be returned for refund or store credit providing request is initiated by January 2, 2024. Please note, all other policy conditions below apply.
Full price purchases can be returned for refund or store credit within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is charged at a flat fee of $15 per return, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
New Zealand orders:
Full price NZ orders can be returned at the customers own expense within 7 days of delivery. Please use a reliable and trackable return service, as Saturdays NYC will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed with the swing tags attached, and are accepted at the discretion of our team.
Sale items are not eligible for return or credit unless faulty. Please choose carefully and if you have any questions regarding a sale item please contact our customer service team.
Any discrepancies or issues with an order must be raised with our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
We are not able to offer exchanges and instead encourage you to place a new order for your desired item and returning the original item for a refund.
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number.
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
If your original payment method was Afterpay, your refund will be credited to your account.
Once your return has been received and processed, a credit note will be issued to you by email. The credit note will include a code to be redeemed online. Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
In Store Returns
We offer in store returns for online orders.
Note, in store returns or exchanges must be confirmed by our customer service team prior to visiting store. Please email email@example.com for confirmation.
Any online orders refunded in store will be processed through the website, and will not be refund on the spot - see online refund policy above.
