Christmas Period Exchange Policy
We have extended our exchange policy for the Christmas period. Any gift purchase made between the 1st -24th December 2020 may be exchanged until the 7th January 2021.
To initiate a gift exchange, please email us at email@example.com and include the order number or details of the purchaser and the item you wish to exchange.
Please note, our refund policy remains at 7 days from date of purchase.
All other conditions remain as per Online Returns Policy below.
Online Returns Policy
All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed with the swing tags attached, and are accepted at the discretion of our team.
Full Price Domestic Australian items can be returned free of charge using our reply paid Australia Post service.
Sale items can be returned for refund or store credit at the customers own expense, unless Final Sale.
Final Sale items are those discounted by 50% or greater. Please choose carefully as Final Sale items are not eligible for return or credit unless faulty. If you have any questions regarding a Final Sale item please contact our customer service team.
New Zealand orders can be returned at the customers own expense. Please use a reliable and trackable return service, as Saturdays NYC will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number.
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
If your original payment method was Afterpay, your refund will be credited to your account.
Once your return has been received and processed, a credit note will be issued to you by email. The credit note will include a code to be redeemed online. Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
In Store Returns
We offer in store returns for online orders. Please feel free to visit our store in either Bondi Beach or Melbourne to process refunds or exchanges for any online orders. Important: Any online orders refunded in store will be processed through the website, and will not be refund on the spot - see online refund policy above.
